Hi Crop

Hi-Crop is a superb collard variety that is extremely well suited to the production of Spring Greens. Unlike many slow hearting ball head or pointed cabbage varieties that are used for spring green production, Hi-Crop has a clear advantage as it will not form a head. This vigorous hybrid variety produces an attractive dark green leaf with a plant that is adaptable to growing in a wide range of conditions.
